Frequently Asked Questions

How long do your products last?

Most of our products come with a best before date with a minimum 4 weeks from date of purchase. They are known to last longer due to the barfi being encapsulated in chocolate, whereby it is exposed to the least amount of air.

How do you store your products?

Storage is carried out in a temperature controlled environment during the creation process. Once you receive the product you can either store them in your fridge, or in a cool dry place avoiding sunlight.

Are your products eggless?

All of our products are eggless as standard with the exception of the Macarons and Cupcakes. These can however be made eggless upon request.

Are your products Halal?

Our products are suitable for a Halal diet.

Do you have a Vegan range?

As most of our products use milk based ingredients, we do not currently have a Vegan range. We are working hard to produce a Vegan range, so watch this space!

Are any of your products nut free?

Whilst some of our products may not contain nuts, all of them are produced in the same area where nut containing items are created. We take the utmost care in preparation of our products, however inadvertent cross-contamination may occur.

Do you offer UK Delivery?

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery as well as local delivery, with different options being available on checkout. There are a few items which are for collection only due to the fragility of the product and these are highlighted in the shop section of this website.

Can i choose a specific delivery date?

Yes of course. There is an option on the checkout page for you to select your desired date. Please note when selecting a specific delivery date, unless you choose Guaranteed Next Day Delivery as the shipping option, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive on the chosen date. We will despatch all Royal Mail First Class orders 2 days before the requested date (Only Mon – Thurs). As per the Royal Mail website, First Class deliveries could take up to 10 days to arrive.

Do you offer International Delivery?

Regrettably, at this current time we are unable to provide International Delivery. We are working hard to achieve this, so watch this space!

I have placed an order, when will my items be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched between Monday-Thursday. This avoids the risk of any products sitting in depots over the weekend.

Processing your order can take up to 3 days as we make most items to order. If you have an urgent request please let us know and we will try to accommodate as best as possible

We provide four different shipping options upon checkout which include next day delivery, standard Royal Mail delivery, Guaranteed Saturday delivery and Free Collection (From Postcode: AL3 8LR)

Where can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from Postcode AL3 8LR. We are located about 5 minutes off Junction 9 of the M1. Collections can be made 7 days per week but should be arranged in advance of placing an order. Please either send us an email at [email protected] or call 07904376956 before placing your order.

If i place an order for Raksha Bandhan 2020, when will i get my delivery?

All Raksha Bandhan orders including engraving requests for personalised rakhi’s need to be submitted no later than 24th July 2020. Orders can still be placed after this date but cannot be guaranteed to arrive on time for Raksha Bandhan. Dispatch dates for Raksha Bandhan orders are as below;

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery – Items will be dispatched on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th July 2020.
  • Royal Mail Next Day Delivery – Items will be dispatched on Thursday 30th July 2020.
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday Delivery – Items will be dispatched on Friday 31st July 2020 for a delivery date of 1st August 2020.
